Keeping it real

At BMF we try to keep it real at all times. We know people don’t have time to deal with anything less. We listen to our clients, we don’t just hear them.

For example, many of our clients come to us with a strict budget in mind. We do not try to “upsell” you on items, we know what you need and what you can afford, and we keep to the agenda.


Printing projects provides us an opportunity to help clients truly learn about the industry and how having an advocate can seriously help you.  We recently worked with the MidAmerica Conference for MPI and helped save over $875 in printing costs.  They did not realize that their supposed “discount” from their printer was merely the printer marking up the price by 100% only to offer a 50% discount to keep their profit margins.  We were able to bid the project out to three additional printers, find the lowest cost and go back and have the rate re-negotiated.  The relationships we have within the industry allow us to stretch our client’s dollar, and a little can go a long way.


We believe that our work reflects our integrity, and our clients can trust that we are genuine and honest. I think that is one of the best parts of working for BMF, knowing what we are telling our clients is the truth and that honestly is the best policy.  BMF keeps it real, and that is just good business!
